Food Operations Manager

Lead the development and implementation of strategic/operational plans for the cook prepared fresh food offerings in the store, including sales forecasting and budget. Use creativity and customer insights to expand prepared food menu offerings (hot & cold, snacks, drinks, baked goods), including traditional and seasonal items, and new items in response to trends both in US and Taiwan, China, and other Asian countries; Make and/or approve operational decisions on prepared food activities and optimization, including daily decision making, scheduling, planning of personnel resources, while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness;.. etc.
